Simple
living

How much is enough?
When will I be full?

Will I digest all my greed.

Burp, and say "no more please!"



Must I compete to be one up.

With designer cars, cellphones, clothes and collections.

Will it make me more man

If my phallic symbols are a naked display?



When I have not, I worry not.

So why must I worry to have?

If I'm happy with simple living

Why does it confuse my friends?



I celebrate good food, art, design and inventions.

But crave them I don't.

Just as great sex is just an exercise

If it's missing a simple thing called love.

Sometimes I feel these things and the
necessity of owning them exists to fill that great void that exists in our
life - maybe wrong job, failing relationships or lack of true friends....
So I guess most of us have to feel fulfilled by owning these.... buying,
using and managing them sort of diverts our attention...
