Going Solo

Call me a pendulum
unable to decide

my path in life.  

Sometimes this,

no that, no this,

this, that, this

and what about that?



The more I reason

the clearer I get

about how confused I am



And yet I think

weigh the options

and weigh them again.

And again. And again.



It's fun being confused.

Makes choosing last longer.

Some call it procrastination.

Some lack of stability.



I call it adventure.

To change course at will.

Free as a bird.

Free as the wind.



To follow ones heart.

And fill ones soul.

To give flight to my blessings

Feel whole.



So is this the day?

When I'll follow my dream.

Let go of the shackles 

of corporate 'bored'rooms.



And do it like I always did, 

straight from the heart

Whatever others may say, 

I'll do it my way.

Agree with you. But is it possible to
do that always? Many have told me to compromise when I feel like saying out
loud that whatever is happening is not right. At times, I follow their
advice. Guess you are very, very bold. :-)
